1. Micro Focus CONTENT MANAGER IMPLEMENTATIONS

2. Workspaces for Knowledge Workers

iCognition specialises in productivity and collaboration solutions for Knowledge Workers. The management guru Peter Drucker said “The great challenge to management today is to make productive the knowledge worker. This is the key to economic growth and economic performance.” The McKinsey Global Institute estimates that approximately 62% of workers are Knowledge Workers, and goes on to say that significant value can be realized through Knowledge Worker solutions that facilitate faster, more efficient and effective collaboration.

This is RM Workspace, which is in use in over 15 customers, including Department of Agriculture, Australian Public Service Commission, Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Saint Vincent de Paul and Waverley City Council.

• Micro Focus IDOL: the next-generation information platform that enables you to extract meaning and act on virtually all forms of information. This includes unstructured data such as audio, video, images, social media, email, and web content, as well as structured data such as customer transaction logs. IDOL serves as a scalable, secure platform for forming a conceptual and contextual understanding of content. Offering far more than simple retrieval, IDOL’s meaning-based computing enables you to access and use all critical information for maximum benefit through more than 500 advanced functions.
